Good food, the service is terrible. Lady was vaping in the bathroom, server threw a fit when she brought us the wrong food and had to remake it. Bathrooms are not accessible at ALL. Has 2 stalls, one being a handicap that swings in,9 and another stall that has less than an inch between the stall and the bathroom, so it was nearly impossible to get in and out.

Portions have become smaller and smaller and their prices continue to climb. Almost $65 when placing the order online for 2 people to get soup, sandwiches, drinks, and dessert. More than $8 for a "bowl" of soup but when you pour it out at home it fits in a cup! Wasted 20 minutes creating my order online only for the Checkout button at the bottom to be grayed out so I couldn't place my order. I called the restaurant and it rang and rang and nobody picked up. Went in store and it was because they were 100% out of baguettes and I had selected those as the free included side.

They are expensive for what you get. This store seems to be going down with customer service. I see one girl running around by herself while one guy just kind of standing around. There was one more person doing the food. The Caesar Salad stuffer I got without chicken and still was almost $10. No refund for taking the chicken out and when we got it home it was not "stuffed" but filled with missing food from about the top 4th of the stuffer. They also have a deal where you can get 2 items for $5.99 each and the stuffer was one of those items. How is it almost $10 when you can sell it for $5.99 with another item and like I said,I didn't even get the chicken. Starting to become very disappointed with this store and the Panera Bread business all together. I have pics of the stuffer we got.

Terrible experience. We were traveling with our five children and stopped at Panera to eat. After receiving our food, we politely asked at the counter if they could cut one of the sandwiches in half for our 5-year-old twins. The employee took the plate and aggressively threw it instead of simply helping or politely declining. The manager witnessed the entire interaction and appeared uncomfortable and unwilling to address the employee’s behavior as she also appeared scared. At that point, we gathered our belongings and left. As we were walking out, the employee blew kisses at us in a mocking manner. This was an upsetting and intimidating experience, especially with young children present. We came in expecting a family-friendly environment and instead encountered behavior that felt hostile, unprofessional, and inappropriate. I would not recommend this location to families.

This was the first time I ate at a Panera Bread, since there is not one in Richmond. It wasn't bad. I wouldn't make a special trip to eat at one. I had a Ciabatta Cheese steak sandwich, Kettle Corn Chips, and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious. If one comes to Richmond, I will try it again.
